We have no control over and are not responsible for the use of information collected by the payment service.

4. ON WHAT LEGAL BASIS DO WE PROCESS YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

The processing of your personal data for the purposes:

Of Section 3, points (a) to (l) of this Privacy Policy is necessary for the provision of the requested services and, therefore, is mandatory, as otherwise the services could not be provided,
Of Section 3, point (m) of this Privacy Policy is required according to applicable laws and, therefore, is also mandatory.
Of Section 3, point (n) of this Privacy Policy is based on the legitimate interest of the Company and its contractors to conduct such economic activities. This interest is adequately balanced with your own interest since the data processing is carried out within the strictly necessary limits for the exercise of such economic activities. This data processing activity is not mandatory, and you can object at any time as described in Section 11 of this Privacy Policy.
On the contrary, the processing of your personal data for the remaining purposes:

Of Section 3, point (o) is at your discretion, but without your consent, it is not possible to link a social media account to the Company's Service, meaning you will need to connect to the Company's Service using a different mechanism,
Of Section 3, points (p) and (q) is at your discretion, but without your consent, the Company and/or third parties cannot provide you with general commercial announcements of the Company and services/products or announcements of third parties based on your interests and needs, and cannot provide you with services under the same brand.
You can revoke your consent at any time regarding the processing of your personal data for the purposes of Section 3, points (h) to (k), by sending a notification to the email address described in Section 11 below.

5. HOW DO WE PROCESS YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

Your personal data undergo processing both electronically and non-automatically and are protected by appropriate security measures, taking into account the state of the art, the implementation cost, the nature, scope, context, and purposes of processing, as well as the varying likelihood and severity of the risk to the rights and freedoms of individuals. Specifically, the Company employs appropriate administrative, technical, personnel-related measures, and physical measures aimed at protecting personal data in its possession from loss, theft, and unauthorized use, disclosure, or alteration.

6. WHO CAN ACCESS YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

The Company may disclose your personal data for the purposes of Section 3 above to the following categories of recipients located within or outside the European Union in accordance and within the limits of the provisions of Section 7 below:

8. WHAT ARE YOUR RIGHTS REGARDING YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

We remind you that, even after the cancellation of your account or if you ask us to delete your personal data, copies of certain information from your account may remain visible in some cases where, for example, you have shared information on social media or other services, or when retention of such copies is necessary for compliance with legal obligations or for legal defense purposes. Due to the nature of caching technology, your account may not be immediately inaccessible to others. We may also retain backup information about your account on our servers for some time after cancellation or your request for deletion, for compliance with applicable laws.

We also provide you with many choices regarding the use and disclosure of your personal data for marketing purposes. You can withdraw your consent for:

Receiving electronic communications from us. If you no longer want to receive marketing-related emails from us, you can opt-out of receiving marketing-related emails by following the unsubscribe instructions in our emails or by simply changing your preferences in your user profile settings if you are a registered user, or by using the consent management tool available on our website if you are not a registered user. In any case, the Company may continue to send you administrative communications regarding the provision of the Company's services.

If you prefer not to share your personal data on an ongoing basis with our subsidiaries and/or business partners for their direct marketing purposes, you can opt-out by simply changing your preferences in your user profile settings if you are a registered user, or by using the consent management tool available on our website if you are not a registered user, or by sending a request to the address of Section 11 of the Privacy Policy.
In all cases mentioned above, we may contact you and ask for additional information necessary for the proper processing of your request. Also, additional rights described in Section 9 below apply from May 25, 2018.

9. WHAT APPLIES FROM MAY 25, 2018?

As of May 25, 2018, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) has come into effect, and the following provisions apply:

Retention periods for your personal data: We will retain your data only for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes for which the data were collected, as described in this Privacy Policy. In any case, the following retention periods will apply concerning the processing of your personal data for the purposes specified below:

Data collected for purposes outlined in Section 3, points a) to h) of this Privacy Policy, are retained during the provision of the Company's services, plus the statutory limitation period according to the applicable legislation, after the termination of the Company's services.
Data collected for the purposes of Section 3, point h) of this Privacy Policy, are retained for the period required for you to connect to the Company's services through a social network.
Data collected for the purposes of Section 3, point i) are retained in a form allowing the identification of data subjects only for the period required for the processing of personal data; personal data may be stored for longer periods if processed only for archival purposes in the public interest, for scientific or historical research purposes, or for statistical purposes, in accordance with Article 89(1) of the GDPR, provided that the appropriate technical and organizational measures required by this regulation are applied to ensure the rights and freedoms of data subjects ("storage limitation").
Data collected for the purposes of Section 3, point k) are retained in a form allowing the identification of data subjects only for the period required for the processing of personal data; personal data may be stored for longer periods if processed only for archival purposes in the public interest, for scientific or historical research purposes, or for statistical purposes, in accordance with Article 89(1) of the GDPR, provided that the appropriate technical and organizational measures required by this regulation are applied to ensure the rights and freedoms of data subjects ("storage limitation").
At the end of the retention period, your personal data will be canceled, anonymized, or aggregated.

Additional rights: In addition to the rights mentioned in Section 8 of this Privacy Policy and following the application of the GDPR, you also have the right at any time to:

Request the Company to restrict the processing of your Personal Data in case you dispute the accuracy of personal data until necessary measures are taken to correct or verify their accuracy.
Object to the processing of your personal data.
Request the deletion of your personal data without undue delay.
Receive an electronic copy of your personal data if you wish to transfer your personal data that you have provided to us, either to yourself or to another provider ("data portability") when personal data is processed based on your consent or is necessary for the performance of the Company's services.

10. UPDATES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

The Company may modify or update this Privacy Policy for any reason (including, but not limited to, changes in applicable law and interpretations, decisions, opinions, and directives related to such applicable law).

Refer to the Effective Date at the top of this Privacy Policy to see when it was last revised. Any changes to this Privacy Policy will be communicated in advance by publishing the revised Privacy Policy on the Company's services. In case we make substantial changes to this Privacy Policy that alter the nature of the processing or extend our rights regarding the use of personal data we have already collected from you, we will notify you and provide you with a choice regarding the future use of such personal data, as may be required by the applicable legislation.
